Get Perfect Results Every Time

Applying your DTF Transfers is quick and easy when you use the correct heat press settings. Follow these instructions to achieve vibrant colors, strong adhesion, and long-lasting durability on every garment.

🔥 Recommended Heat Press Settings

Setting Recommendation
Temperature 300°F – 320°F (149°C – 160°C)
Pressure Medium to Firm Pressure
Press Time 10–15 Seconds
Peel Method Hot Peel or Cold Peel (Follow transfer instructions)
Final Press 5–10 Seconds

Step 1: Prepare Your Garment

Before applying your transfer:

✔ Ensure the garment is clean and dry.

✔ Remove wrinkles and moisture by pre-pressing for 5–10 seconds.

✔ Place the garment on a flat, even surface.

A smooth surface helps your transfer adhere properly for the best results.

Step 2: Position Your Transfer

Carefully place the DTF Transfer on the garment in the desired location.

Before pressing:

  • ✔ Double-check the placement.
  • ✔ Make sure the transfer is laying flat.
  • ✔ Ensure the design is properly aligned.

Step 3: Heat Press

Apply the transfer using the recommended settings:

🔥 Temperature: 300°F–320°F

⏱ Time: 10–15 Seconds

💪 Pressure: Medium to Firm

Press evenly across the entire design without lifting the heat press early.

Step 4: Peel the Film

After pressing:

Hot Peel

Peel the film immediately after pressing.

Cold Peel

Allow the transfer to cool completely before peeling.

Always follow the peel instructions provided with your specific transfer.

Step 5: Final Press

For the best finish and durability:

  • Cover the design with parchment paper, kraft paper, or a Teflon sheet.
  • Press again for 5–10 seconds.
